Strict Non-Appeal Policy

For your protection, all Account Breaks are final and binding.

No Appeals: Once an exclusion is activated, it is technically impossible to unlock the account until the chosen duration has expired.
Early Reversal: Bitfortune does not offer an appeals process for early reactivation. This policy reduces procedural complexity and prevents impulsive returns to gambling.
Compliance: This policy ensures full adherence to Anjouan Gaming Board standards, preventing players from reporting “failed duty of care” after an early unlock.

Activation and Enforcement

Account Breaks are activated via the player profile page: Player profile > Account > Self Exclusion.
Account login and wagering will be disabled immediately.
The player is automatically removed from all marketing lists (emails, SMS, and push notifications).
